Agreement Required

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We operate the mobile application Pic+ (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.). If your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User License

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a:

Revocable
Limited right to access and use the Services

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available.

No unauthorized scraping or data collection
No interference with security features
No unauthorized copying or distribution
No commercial exploitation

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Legal Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
